1.Support the Field Service team in managing service operations related to revenue and cost by collaborating with Account Sales, Customer Care, and Finance teams. 2.Assist with administrative tasks, such as service workforce activities and briefing cascades. 3.Validate SAP entries (FSR/data) submitted by service engineers to ensure accuracy. 4.Support implementation of new programs and workflows to improve field service efficiency (e.g., SMA). 5.Manage onsite service materials and satellite inventory, maintaining daily accuracy. 6.Handle office affairs and consumables ordering for the Field Service team. 7.Organize, file, and track administrative documents, maintaining SharePoint and other system repositories. 8.Observe and assist compliance checks to ensure service practices align with ISO standards. 9.Maintain ISO-related documents and records, keeping them up to date. 10.Support continuous improvement activities, assisting Quality and EHS managers in audits and corrective actions.
