Job Description: - To design and develop the tool/platform/software/methodology/automation for product characterization and production tests - To setup testing strategy and test plan, based on process flow, QC requirements, production volume target, cost target, etc. - To manage and supervise suppliers on testing tool design and manufacturing - To manage the database and data analysis platforms (PowerBI, JUMP, Azure database), and to work with outsourcing supplier on defining the requirements, troubleshooting, maintaining the system for daily operation - To plan and manage the projects on transferring testing methodology to outsourcing partners for product manufacturing Requirements: - Over 5 years of experience in production testing hardware and/or software development - Good knowledge/experience on data analysis (prefer to be with experience on JUMP, Metlab, PowerBI, or other EDA tools) - Fluent English communication and teamwork spirit 工作性質：全職 工作時間：日班 工作經驗：5年以上 最低學歷：大學 應徵截止：20260630
