Job Description: This role consists of two key functions: 1. Territorial Sales Manager – LATAM Region: Responsible for driving business growth and managing customer relationships across the Latin America region. Key Responsibilities: A. Latin America Account Management: supporting the achievement of company's sales target with established channel partners by working collaboratively. B. Latin America Business Development: BD of new potential customers and maintenance under structural channel method. Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence in LATAM. C. Sales Operation: business contact, relationship building, market intel collection, project management, product quotation, sales pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, travel within the LATAM region as required to support business growth, and any other related matters. 2. US–Taiwan Coordination Window: Serve as the primary communication interface between the US subsidiary and Taiwan headquarters. Key Responsibilities: A. Act as the main point of contact between the US subsidiary and Taiwan HQ. B. Facilitate clear communication and alignment on sales activities, project updates, and operational matters. C. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between regional teams. D. Support project follow-ups, issue resolution, and reporting requirements. E. Assist in aligning regional strategies with corporate objectives.
