Job Description: - Process and product development, yield improvement, and production process troubleshooting - Working with R&D team in the US on product performance and/or yield improvement, including new material and new design qualification - Product yield improvement, monitoring, and troubleshooting, in daily basis, through data analysis, IQC/IPQC, SPC system, etc. - To plan and manage the projects on transferring AirJet® Min production to outsourcing partners for product manufacturing Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in commercial product and/or semiconductor module assembly development and production - Knowledge on module process, materials, and tool design (lamination, dispensing, film type and liquid type epoxy, flex bonding, tool automation, etc.) - BS/MS in EE, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, and relevant fields - Familiar with engineering data analysis tools, such as JUMP, Matlab, excel, etc. - Fluent English communication and teamwork spirit 工作性質：全職 工作時間：日班 工作經驗：5年以上 最低學歷：大學 應徵截止：20260630
